Where we ship
We currently ship across India from Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (working days) of order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery time
Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days for metro cities and 4–7 business days for other locations after dispatch, depending on your pin code and the courier's network. These are estimates, not guarantees — occasional courier delays can occur.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹599.
- Orders below ₹599 carry a small flat delivery fee, shown at checkout before you pay.
Packaging
Poushtika is a food product, so every order is packed to protect freshness — sealed packs with protective outer packaging.
Damaged or delayed shipments
If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it if possible, and report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at siritavarufoods@gmail.com — our Refund Policy covers free replacement or refund for transit damage.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, write to us with your order number and we will chase it with the courier.
